U.S. Space Force Eyes Permanent Opposition Satellites for Realistic Training

Saltzman put it, “There’s nothing like propagating [radio frequencies] through the atmosphere, out to orbit and tracking satellites. It has to happen for real.”

By moving towards the deployment of real aggressor satellites, Guardians will practice scenarios such as satellite vs. satellite conflicts, like jamming adversaries or disabling them.
